My friend Bill and I were looking for a place to launch our kayaks in Suwannee when Jane appeared and invited us to use her lot. She showed us maps, told us all we needed to know, and sent us paddling. Thank to her, we had a wonderful time in a gorgeous setting. We will be back. Thank you Jane.

I`ve been visiting Jane in Suwannee for many years now. I`ve had the privilege of seeing nature`s beauty and wildlife in the Hidden Coastlines area, and meeting its friendly people. I look forward to visiting for many years to come. See you next time!

I have been to many a wild place: Blackfeet guide in East Glacier; mountain lion in Hungry Horse; decoyed by a sandhill crane in Wyoming; close to bison in a hushed winter Yellowstone; baby mantas at my feet in Autaki lagoon;, hammerheads in the Galapagos; Grand Central in the Solomons; but the wildest and most untouched earthly place where I have been is the mouth of the Suwannee. With 16 foot gators and cottonmouths dropping from limbs above small waterways, a body better take all lefts or all rights going in, so that one will find one`s way back out. In these sloughs there is a riot of intact wildlife. I went fishing for photographs and came up with big time trophies. Way down upon the Suwanee is truly special and a national heritage.

Love Suwannee,Fl. We stay at Bill`s Fish camp. We [my grown sons, and my 80 yr old Dad] have been coming down to fish for the last 5yrs. People are great, fishing is great and the seafood at the resturant is the best any where.
